Open Position – Food Application Scientist
REPORTS TO: Chief Operating Officer with mentoring from the Chief Science Officer
JOB PURPOSE: This position is responsible for the research and development of new, commercially
viable food and beverage applications utilizing compounds found in the seeds of avocados, as well
assisting in the improvement of existing Avocolor® products and/or manufacturing processes.
